5/1	16	Prep body for paint in and out. Remove windows, dash, all trim, front carpet, pop-top canvass. Repair rusted & damaged areas and prime.

09/18	8	Install luggage rack supports. Prep, clean & install pop-top canvass with all new SS screws. Install all trim on pop-top. Adjust pop-top and latch. Install pop-top lift struts. Install new battery. Install window glass and seals in front doors, repair/rebuild LH lifter bracket. Clean dash area, fix wiper drives and squirters in place, Krown oil dash area, install windshield. Prep and install all side and rear hatch window glass. Prep luggage rack, install footmans loops, install luggage rack (tempoary). Install door rear view mirrors. Route and connect wiring from doors to body.

9/29	1	Remove rear hatch window and bring back to Cavanaugh for paint touch-up.
10/21	1	Goto Cavanaugh - remove windshield for front end re-paint
10/26	4	Prep and paint wiper arms and side door step trim piece. Recover passenger seat and arm rests.
10/27	4	10/27: Install windshield and rear hatch window, bring back from paint shop. Prep and install luggage rack. Install antenna. 10/29: Install rear hatch and side door seals. Paint touch-up, roof. Wiper nuts and washers missing - call Cavanaugh. 10/30: Repair/clean front door locks, install in door handles. Install front door seals, door locks and handles. Repair power door lock motor actuator grommets (replace LH one with good used one, repair RH one with rubber & Goop). Install sun visors, grab handles, courtesy lights, side door pillar hardware, side door track cover, rear hatch wiper mechanism, washer nozzle, wiring. Repair/glue upholstery covering on RH interior B pillar. 10/31: Install front door edge seals, foot step rubbers, rear side air intake vents, rear lights, license plate lights, rear side marker lights, paint touch-up. 11/03: Install service entrances and fridge vent. Repair broken headlight adjusters, install all front lights, lower and upper grills and front bumper. Krown oil areas. Paint spray touch-up side door innner B pillar. 11/04: Prep rear bumper for install, cut notches for tow hitch. Clean, prep, paint (gloss black rust paint), rocker guard, rear lower valance and underside of tow bar (not done by Cavanaugh ??). Prep and paint more of inner side door B pillar, upper portion. Install drip rail edgings, problem with left side, rear not fitting due to repair by Cavanaugh, need to cut end cap to fit, 4 broke before getting one to fit right, front one broke on install so two needed, A pillar ones OK. Install front wiper bezels and wipers. Install side door edge trim, upper and front edges. Install Shady Boy awning with gap taped with Gorilla tape. Install front mudflaps, clean and repair clips, Krown oil area.

11/05		Return van to Cavanagh - re: paint of rockers and rear valance not done properly
11/11	4	11/11: Remove all parts from old door panels. Install 18 new clips on rear hatch panel. Repair door pockets. clean and paint flat black inside. Start installing parts on drivers door panel, mark holes for door pockets, cut holes for speaker, mirror switch, window winder and lock opening handle, speaker installed, clips installed, problem with mirror switch and door pockets, stop. 11/13: Get van back from Cavanaugh with touch up paint, Titian Red and Clear (Base/Clear) with reducers and activators. Tighten up front wipers. Install buffer for luggage rack front to stop vibration when driving. Install rear bumper and mudflaps, undercoat rear fenders where mudflaps attach, Krown oil rear bumper and mudflap areas. Prep dash for install. 11/14: Install dash. 11/15: Paint touch up make & install front door stop seals, install side door step plate and new rubber, glue front door vent seal flaps, remove remaining carpet and clean up area, Rocker guard, inner front fender wells where mudflaps are attached. 11/16: Prep and install new carpet, clean-up. 11/17: Krown Oil inside all doors, install new insulation and vapour barrier plastic, install new door panels. 11/18: Repair wires to power mirrors, remove and reinstall drivers door panel which is not stiing right due to power mirror switch interferring with door. Glue side door step rubber sill in place, install securing edgeing. Paint touch-up. 11/19: Remove rear bench seat for new upholstery. Replace rear side panels with new ones. Clean-up interior. Repair rear ceiling vinyl covering. Repair electric wire to rear overhead light. Paint touch-up. 11/20: Interior clean-up, overhead light wiring, paint touch-up. Prep and paint front table leg support, Battleship Grey, center carpet retaining bar, POR-15. 11/21: Recover drivers seat and armrests, rear bench seat back. 11/22: Recover rear bech seat bottom and armrest, repair plastic part of LH drivers seat armrest and install. Install all seats, clean-up plastic parts with Krown oil. Install newly painted front table support and center carpet rear retaining bar. Clean-up. Clean & install centre consul. Clean-up and install interior stuff removed and boxed. Take photos of interior. 11/28: Clean all windows, patch cut in material covering on RH rear side window lower sill, clean body. 11/29: Clean-up dash and all plastic parts with Krown Oil. Prep curtains for install, move hooks from old curtains to new ones. 11/30: Install new curtains. Gone for winter, further work upon return 05/2015
