Rebuilt throttle bodies for your Vanagon waterboxer engine. 1.9 early with two switches above, 1.9 late with one switch below and 2.1 with one switch below. This is a rebuilding service where the complete throttle body is disassembled, all parts cleaned, all corrosion and rust removed, any damage repaired, all steel parts painted with POR-15 then top coated with high temperature aluminium engine paint and all aluminium parts painted with high temperature aluminium paint. The throttle bodies are then carefully assembled with new seals and O-rings and any other parts that are needed, the throttle plate shaft is shimmed at the top to prevent the butterfly from wearing a groove in the throat of the body as was allowed to occur the way the VW engineers originally built them. The butterfly will stay perfectly centred in the throat of the body. All switches are tested working and adjusted. I do have a few of each model in stock and if need be can sell them outright but once the supply is gone there are no more unless I find them somewhere so it is best to have your old one sent back in exchange as you will see from the pricing structure below the photos.
